The Dream Girls USA Illinois State Pageant offers EVERY girl the chance to excel in her own area of interest. Each Hometown Queen will bring to the stage her own special beauty, abilities, and unique personality.
We offer many events to participate in...UNLIKE OTHER PAGEANTS.
BABY/TINY MISS: PERFORM IN FORMALWEAR FOR THE DIVISION TITLE
AGES 4-UP: PERFORM IN SPOKESMODEL AND FORMALWEAR FOR THE
DIVISION TITLE
TO VIE FOR THE 2 STATE HI-POINT OVERALL QUEENS
(AGES 4-12YR AND AGES 13-UP)
YOU WILL PERFORM IN THE EXCITING OPTIONAL EVENTS:
PHOTOGENIC PRINT MODEL (ANY STYLE HEADSHOTS/BODYSHOTS)
FASHION RUNWAY MODEL
(DRESSY ATTIRE LIKE YOU WOULD WEAR TO A SPECIAL OUTING OR PARTY)
Off the Rack: Outfit can be pants, skirts, pant suits, dresses, etc.

The parents and families of our participants appreciate the value of the Dream Girls USATM Pageant Program and understand that:
- You must be a registered Illinois Hometown Queen to compete at the Illinois Dream Girls USA State Pageant. The quicker you register, the sooner you will receive YOUR official "Hometown Queen Kit". Enter TODAY!
- The Illinois Dream Girls USA State Pageant is a Preliminary to the National Pageant. Once registered with your official title, you are responsible for your State Entry fee, following deadlines, and YOU ARE TO attend the official State Pageant.
- YOUR REIGN IS WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT.... We ask you to follow our simple guidelines and remember all deadlines. Be a responsible titleholder! No bad sportsmanship or negative behavior will be tolerated at any time. We are proud to have a "family" of queens and a united atmosphere at our pageant programs. Get involved and do your best and you will be glad you did!
- All officially Registered Hometown queens will receive complete information including gaining their sponsorship fees and they are responsible for the sponsorship fee. Each Director will give a generous payment plan timeframe.
- ALL ILLINOIS STATE QUEENS WIN THEIR DIVISION TITLE NATIONAL FEE PAID to the National Dream Girls USA Pageant. This fee is PAID by your Director.
- ALL ILLINOIS STATE QUEENS MUST ADVANCE TO THE NEXT National Dream Girls USA event currently held in St. Louis, Missouri. DATE: JULY 8-11, 2010. You must be prepared to advance ALL the way to the Nationals and this is very important.
- ALL Runner-ups in the Queens court OR any Optional Winner may advance and are encouraged to do so as all girls compete on equal ground at the Nationals. You will receive an incredible $300.00 Scholarship off of the National entry fee. ALL New set of judges and each girl CAN win BIG!
